I chose to use the Web Tool, JPEGMini for my apartment buildings that I am currently in the process of developing. This tool can come in to play because it displays pictures. When looking for an apartment, most individuals want to see how much space they are working with in each room. I know from personal experience that when I look for a place, I want to see what the room personally looks like, rather than looking at a blueprint sketch of the apartment. When using this tool, each room can be displayed through the JPEG showing all the angles of the room for the prospective customer. If someone is moving from out of state or coming from out of town, it would be impossible for them to come and view the apartment before they decide to move here; therefore, by looking online on the website at the depth of each room and an actual image of what the room looks like, the customer can get all that information at one time without having to make any trips.

I believe this tool is going to be very beneficial to the website because you can add however many pictures you like to the site using JPEGMini. Along with the pictures of the apartments, there could be pictures of the location, what is near the apartment complex, the pool/lounge area, different forms of recreation and etc. I am more of a visual person that likes to see what I am getting into rather than taking someone's word on something. With the image below, it states that you can upload 80 images instead of 16 to Gmail messages.

Overall, I believe this tool would be very helpful with what needs to be done with the website. By adding pictures of what is being offered, it helps to relate to the visual audience that operates better by looking at what is offered rather than just reading a description; furthermore, pictures are interesting to look at! Looking at these pictures also helps to design the perfect page and go step by step through instructions and tutorials to ensure the most is received through JPEGMini.
